生命現象を、生体内で観察・操作する事を目指しています。個々の細胞における機能は、自己の増殖・分化に留まらず、周囲の細胞に対しても影響を与えます。このような複雑系を維持したまま解析する事により、生体内での機能である恒常性や、発生、病態を理解しようと試みています。

My aim is to visualize and control a molecular activity for investigating the molecular function in vivo. All cells in living animal communicate each other. To reveal the intercellular pathway, perturbation and observation in living animal would be informative method for understanding cellular function during development and cancer.
