乳癌に関する診療、研究、教育に取り組んでいる。腫瘍血管を対象にした乳癌の新規診断装置の開発を主に行なっているが、遺伝子レベルでの研究も行なっている。将来的にはゲノム、臨床情報、画像を統合的に俯瞰した上で診断・治療、フォローアップに活かせるシステムの開発を目指し、AI 技術なども研究に取り入れている。
