B細胞リンパ腫は悪性リンパ腫の約7割を占めるが、多数の病型に分類され、依然難治性の症例も多数存在することから、各々の生物学的特性に見合った治療法の開発のために病態の詳細な理解が望まれる。個々の遺伝子異常がB細胞リンパ腫の発症に関わる詳細な機序は不明な点が多く、マウスモデルを作製してB細胞リンパ腫の病態を明らかにすることを目指している。

Many oncogenic mutations have been identified in B-cell lymphomas. We aim to clarify precise mechanisms in which genetic alterations induce lymphomas by generating mouse models.
