研究概要
(日本語)
ユビキチンは単独もしくは数珠上に連なった鎖状としてタンパク質に修飾され、タンパク質の量的な恒常性の維持や、シグナル伝達ネットワークへの関与等多様な細胞内プロセスに関与する。研究では、主にマウスを利用し、ユビキチン修飾系が、免疫疾患の発症や腫瘍化といった病態形成過程において、どのような役割を有するか明確な答えを導き出すことを目的としている。

Ubiquitin is a small modifer conjugated on its substrates as monomers or homopolymers (chains) that critically regulates various intracellular events including protein degradation, cell cycle, and signaling pathway. Our interests focus on the ubiquitin-mediated mechanisms on immune-mediated disease and tumor development.
