研究概要
(日本語)
大腸癌における腫瘍微小環境に関与する宿主細胞の役割に着目して、とくに癌浸潤・転移への好中球の役割を中心に研究を進めています。大腸癌におけるRAS遺伝子変異が及ぼす代謝機構(糖代謝やアミノ酸代謝など)の変化に着目し、あらたな治療法の開発に取り組んでいます。腹腔鏡手術については、あらたなナビゲーション技術の導入開発について研究を進めています。

I have conducted the research of colorectal cancer progression. Especially, I am focusing on the mechanism of tumor-associated neutrophils. I have also investigated the KRAS-related metabolic alteration in colorectal cancer, which can result in a potential treatment strategy against KRAS-driven cancers. Regarding the laparoscopic surgery, I have tried to discover the novel navigation techniques.
