タンパク質分子動画解析法の開発及び動的構造情報に基づく合理的分子制御への応用
研究概要
(日本語)
X線自由電子レーザー(XFEL)は超高輝度、極短パルス、高空間コヒーレンスという特徴を有し、タンパク質が機能する瞬間の動きを高い時間・空間分解能で捉えることが期待されている。XFELの利用により、従来は可視化が困難であったタンパク質中の化学反応や構造変化を観測する手法開発に取り組むと共に、得られた動的構造情報を基に合理的な分子設計を行い、タンパク質改変による分子制御を目指す。
