Understanding the molecular mechanism in organogenesis, regeneration and cancer of endodermal organ
研究概要
(日本語)
遺伝子改変マウス、多能性幹細胞を用いたin vitro実験を駆使して、内胚葉臓器の3次元構造における細胞挙動の理解を進める。発生・再生・癌における細胞挙動の共通点と相違に着目し、病態の理解を深める。

We try to deepen our understanding in the regulatory mechanism of cell behavior in the three dimentional structure of endodermal organ using transgenic mouse models and in vitro experiments. Especially, we focus on the similarity and difference in the cell behavior among organogenesis, regeneration and cancer.
