ヒトの脳内メカニズムの解明に向けて、脳機能計測で得られた時系列データを用いたヒトの脳神経ネットワーク解析と可視化技術を統合したビジュアル分析システムの研究・開発に取り組んでいます。また、脳磁図や機能的磁気共鳴画像法、脳波等のヒトの脳活動の非侵襲計測の統合的な解析手法の研究も行ってきました。 他には、光ポンピング原子磁気センサという超高感度の磁気センサの開発と生体計測応用(脳磁計測、脊磁計測、超低磁場MRI等)も行っていました。

To elucidate the human brain mechanism, I'm working on the research about a visual analysis system integrating human brain network analysis and visualization technology using time series data obtained by brain function measurement. We have also studied about integrative analysis of noninvasive human brain measurement such as MEG, fMRI, EEG, etc. In addition, we developed an ultra-sensitive magnetometer called an optically pumped atomic magnetometer and applied to biomegnetic measurement (MEG, MSG, ultra-low magnetic field MRI, etc.).
