当研究室は1) HIV-1の潜伏感染のメカニズムとそれを標的とした治療法の開発、2) シトシン脱アミノ化酵素APOBEC3によるゲノム変異と癌発症のメカニズムの解析、3)リンパ系造血器腫瘍におけるヒストン脱アセチル化酵素、ヒストンアセチル化酵素の役割についての基礎研究と臨床応用に関する研究を行っています。

Our research focuses on 1) molecular mechanisms of HIV-1 latency, 2) genomic mutation and cancer development by cytidine deaminase APOBEC3, 3) roles of reversible lysine acetylation in lymphoid malignancy.
