アルツハイマー型認知症は神経変性疾患の一つで、患者数も増えてきている疾患である。現在までの様々な報告に基づいて、新しい薬を疾患モデルに対して投与して表現型の改善を調べる予定である。

Alzheimer's disease is one of neurodegnerative diseases and the number of patients is increasing. Based on various reports about Alzheimer's disease, we are going to examine the effect of some drugs to Alzheimer's disease using a disease model.
