Overview of the research

1)動脈瘤の発生および増大に大きく関与する慢性炎症を三次元的に可視化するために、マクロファージに取り込まれて蛍光を発する酸化鉄ナノ粒子ICGプローベを開発した。このプローベを用いて、高い空間解像度で三次元的にマクロファージの局在を画像化することが可能である。 2) さまざまな生体吸収性材料を用いて、動脈瘤治療に用いられるステント型デバイスを開発している。これにより抗血小板薬投与期間の大幅な短縮が可能となる。 3) フローダイバータによって動脈瘤内に誘導される血栓をMRIを用いて画像化し、誘導される血栓により動脈瘤内にどのような血流環境の変化が生じるかを解析する。
