Overview of the research

半導体やそのデバイス技術は将来の我々の生活に豊かさを与える。それらの技術では、単に性能の高さだけを求めるだけでなく、地球環境へ配慮した技術の発展を考える必要がある。そこで、安定で安全な酸化物半導体などの材料を、地球環境負荷の小さな溶液プロセスで実現する研究を行っている。

Semiconductors and their device technologies give richness to our future lives. In these technologies, it is necessary to consider not only the demand for high performance but also the development of technologies that are environmentally friendly. Therefore, we are researching to realize stable and safe materials such as oxide semiconductors by solution process with a small environmental load.
