Overview of the research
(Japanese)
ラジオアイソトープを用いた内用療法の研究を行っている。内用療法は診断と治療が同時にできることや臓器特異性が高いなどのメリットがあり、今後の発展が期待される。 また、放射線外部照射治療の効果を高め、副作用を減らすためにより精度の高い放射線治療の開発と臨床応用に関する研究を行っている。特に、肺や肝臓など呼吸で動く臓器のがんに対する定位放射線治療についての研究を行っている。

I do the research about radioisotope therapy. Radioisotope therapy has an advantage that we can diagnose and treat diseases and we can deliver the radioisotope drag to the focus. I do the research and development of high-precision radiotherapy in order to increase effects of radiotherapy and reduce adverse events. Especially, I have been studying moving tumors during respiration, such as lung and liver tumors.
