Overview of the research

ZAP70変異によるT細胞シグナル伝達不全の結果、関節リウマチやSLEなどの種々の自己免疫疾患を自然発症する動物モデルを用いて、自己免疫の発症メカニズムに関する研究を行っている。また、関節リウマチやSLEの疾患コホートを構築し、歯周病やサルコペニアなどの合併病態に関する研究や、分子標的薬の治療を最適化するための層別化解析、臨床サンプルを用いたトランスレーショナルリサーチを行っている。
