Overview of the research
(Japanese)
現在、サービス利用における多くの顧客はスマホを所持しておりITでのサービス体験支援の環境は整いつつある。しかし、どのような顧客に対してどのようなサービス提供が適しているのかといった判断を下すためのデータ取得環境は整備されていない。本研究では様々な背景を持つ顧客へのサービスパーソナライゼーションをどう実現するかにデータ取得段階から取り組む。また実務での応用を想定しそのデータ取得・分析環境の構築を行う。

Currently, many customers for using services have smartphones, and the environment for supporting service experience with IT is getting better. However, there is no data acquisition environment in place to determine what kind of service provision is appropriate for which customers. In this research, we will work from the data acquisition stage on how to realize service personalization based on the various background/context. In addition, we will construct applications for data acquisition and analysis in anticipation of practical applications.
