Overview of the research

がんやアテローム性動脈硬化症の質的診断・生体イメージングを目的とした、核医学イメージングプローブ、蛍光イメージングプローブ(標的特異的オフ-オンスイッチング型近赤外蛍光プローブ)の開発に携わっている。また、核医学イメージング法と質量イメージングとの融合による、代謝補足型核医学イメージングプローブのProof of Concept (POC) の取得、核医学診断における併用薬の影響(薬物相互作用)の予測等の研究を行っている。

I have performed basic researches for development of nuclear and optical imaging probes, especially activatable fluorescent probes for bioimaging/diagnosis of cancer and atherosclerosis. I have also conducted the combination researches of nuclear medical imaging and imaging mass spectrometry for acquisition of "Proof-of-Concept" of metabolic-type nuclear imaging probes, and for prediction of drug interactions in PET imaging.
