放射光核共鳴散乱ガンマ線を用いた準弾性散乱法は、ナノメートルから原子・分子スケールの構造のナノ秒からマイクロ秒の運動を微視的に直接調べることができる非常にユニークな手法です。この手法を開発し高度化するとともに、それを用いて液体、ガラス、液晶などソフトマターの構造とダイナミクスの研究を行っています。

Quasi-elastic scattering method using nuclear resonant scattering gamma rays is a unique method because it allows for directly studying the nano-metric and atomic/molecular dynamics in the time scales of nanosecond and microsecond. I'm developing this method and use it for study of structural dynamics for liquids, glasses, and soft matters such as liquid crystals.
